Will I get high from your products?
Yes. Our products are formulated for real effects. Our products contain the same cannaboids you find in natural cannabis: Δ9 THC, THC-A, Δ8 THC, and many others. Our blends are among the most potent on the market.
Do your vapes smell like cannabis?
No. That’s one of the main advantages of THC vapes. Unlike flower, vapor doesn’t contain tar or lingering plant compounds, so any smell disappears within seconds. Most TERPLABZ vapes produce only a faint, clean vapor with no strong cannabis odor. Looking for full discretion? How long does a vape last?
That depends entirely on how you use it — especially your voltage setting, hit length and blend type. If you take short puffs at low voltage, your cart will last significantly longer than if you’re ripping 10 second hits at 3.4V all day. For reference: a 3g Curevana cart averages up to 800 hits, Hidden Hills 2g carts around 400, and Flower Dept 2.5g carts ±200 if you take 5-second draws. TERPLABZ carts vary per blend, but all are designed for maximum efficiency and longevity. Want your cart to last longer? Stick to 2.7V.
Are the products safe to use?
Vaping is never healthy, but our products are a much healthier alternative to smoking cannabis. There’s no tar, no combustion, and no harsh fillers. Every product we sell comes with a certified COA (Certificate of Analysis), so you know exactly what you’re inhaling. All cartridges use ceramic coils for smooth, clean vapor without any burning plastics or metal contamination. Use a high-quality 510 battery and keep the voltage under 3V for optimal results and coil safety.
These products are for responsible adult use only. Do not use during pregnancy, nursing, or if you don’t know what you’re doing.
Do your products contain any PG, VG, MCT or vitamin E?
No. All TERPLABZ products (and every other brand we sell) are 100% free from PG (propylene glycol), VG (vegetable glycerin), MCT oil, and vitamin E acetate. These additives are often used as cheap thinners or carriers, but they don’t belong in a quality vape. We only work with clean, lab-tested distillates and terpenes — nothing else.
What do the product names mean?
Product names are based on real cannabis strains. These names reflect the terpene profiles used in the blend — meaning the way it tastes and smells is inspired by that strain. So when you see names like Durban Poison or Lemon Cherry Gelato, that’s the vibe the cart delivers. For brands like Flower Dept., the names are more creative and flavor-driven. They don’t match specific strains, but instead highlight unique fruity terp mixes crafted for taste and discretion. Either way, the name gives you a solid hint at the experience inside.
Are these products legal?
Our products are only sold and shipped where they are legal. Due to the constantly changing landscape of cannabis laws — which differ between countries, states, and even cities — we can’t offer legal advice or make blanket statements.

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping with track & trace.
Our shipping is always discreet (plain brown box), and we even have a value added service called “stealth shipping”, where we fully repackage your order.
We’ve got a lot of experience shipping internationally, even to strict or remote nations. In case of custom problems, we always have a free reshipping policy (this barely ever happens).
Do you offer customer support or order tracking?
Absolutely. Every order comes with Track & Trace, so you’ll always know where your package is. Need help? Where are products shipped from?
We ship from legal locations depending on the product and regional regulations. Most shipments are sent from within europe. We take compliance seriously, and only ship from areas where the products are legal to sell and ship.
How long does shipping take?
Within Europe: 1–7 business days
Outside Europe: 7–14 business days
Shipping speed depends on your location, but we always aim for fast, reliable delivery. You’ll receive full tracking as soon as your package is on its way.
Is the packaging discreet?
Always. We ship in plain packaging — either brown boxes or white mailers — without any logos, brand names, or references to THC. For extra peace of mind, we offer an optional stealth shipping service: your order is repacked in a second layer for even more privacy inside the box. No one will know what’s inside.
My product arrived defective. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send a free replacement right away. You’ll need to return the defective item (on our cost), so we can verify and process the claim.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We only accept returns if the product arrived defective. Due to the nature of these products and hygiene reasons, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. If your product isn’t working properly, reach out within 24 hours and we’ll take care of it.
